You agree not to create, upload, or share content that:

• • Infringes on intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of third parties.

• • Due to our encryption architecture, we may be unable to comply with certain requests as we cannot access unencrypted user content.
• • We maintain minimal user logs and do not correlate IP addresses with content for privacy protection.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Content management on Vastbin operates under the following principles:

• • You can permanently delete your content using your Delete Code at any time.
• • Once deleted, content cannot be recovered or retrieved.
• • Vastbin does not retain deleted content or backups of deleted content accessible to users.
• • Content may be retained on our servers if not explicitly deleted, for the duration of your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vastbin is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• • Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• • Warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Service.
• • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses.
• • We make no guarantee that encryption will prevent all unauthorized access, though we employ military-grade standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastbin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• • By using Vastbin, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, encrypt, and transmit your content for the purposes of operating the Service.
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload, particularly if it contains third-party materials.
• • You grant others you share your text with a license to view and use the content as you intend.

All Vastbin platform code, design, functionality, and features (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Vastbin or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Vastbin's platform without explicit written permission, except as necessary for personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
